Amazon Handmade launched in 2015, with a goal to be the destination for all hand crafted products and Artisans (Handmade Selling Partners) world-wide. Handmade is a global organization that is committed to offering unique, handmade, high quality selection to Amazon customers. Supporting Handmade Selling Partners on Amazon's online store requires innovative experiences and processes to ensure success for both Selling Partners' Experience and Customer Experience.
Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to manage the key components of the Selling Partners' Experience, including onboarding to their product listing experience. The ideal candidate can balance diving deep to find insights and develop recommendations with bias for action to continuously optimize the Selling Partner Experience. This candidate should be effective at communicating and cross-collaboration, well-organized and good at adding structure to ambiguous situations.
Basic Qualifications
* 10-12 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager.
* A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Tech or relevant field of study
* A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and a knack for driving and/or being associated with benchmark industry products/services
* Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
* The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* You should also be a strong leader and negotiator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and trade-offs to senior executives
