LMI has an immediate need for an Tester (Quality Assurance Specialist).

Responsibilities

The Tester (quality assurance specialist) is responsible for the quality of ServiceNow application development and deployment. The tester uses both manual and automated testing to test applications thoroughly and document all deficiency. The tester is also responsible for writing test cases and user acceptance test (UAT) materials. Other responsibilities include:

    Work with a team of LMI software developers and domain experts to design and develop test automation frameworks for web-based applications being built in a continuous integration environment.
  • Actively participate in agile software development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in related field
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including
  • 3+ years experience designing, developing, and maintaining tests and test frameworks in Python using Selenium, the Page Object Model, and Gherkin.
  • 1+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow products and platform
  • Knowledge and experience of software testing tools and processes
  • Experience practicing Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality test scripts and test results
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Public Trust Clearance
