Job Description

Restaurant Technologies, the leading provider of highly innovative and value-enhancing bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry, is currently seeking a General Manager to join our growing and innovative team. You will have the opportunity to join a small but experienced Operations Management team and to make an impact quickly, have direct exposure to key leaders in the organization and contribute to the growth and expansion of the company. The General Manager has an opportunity to excel in several key areas in a Depot including people leadership, P & L management, Customer service and reliability and safety and operational excellence.

Position Description

As a General Manager with Restaurant Technologies, you will be responsible for providing leadership of all operating processes within your designated depot/region. You will be a member of the Regional Leadership Team, partnering with sales and account management teams to achieve customer satisfaction and overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the profitability of the depot (P&L) to include achieving budget plan objectives; inventory management; meeting install objectives; and insuring accounts receivable controls
  • Partner with Regional HR team to recruit, hire, train, manage, and retain an effective team of qualified sales, technical, and management personnel
  • Support and maintain accountability of company assets including Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  • Planning/Procurement of parts and product
  • Assists with effectively managing distribution to insure the customer receives prompt oil deliveries
  • Ensures that RT complies with all local and federally regulated requirements including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP as well as internal processes and policies

Position Requirements

  • 7-10 years of related management experience including experience in planning, prioritizing, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus in business and operations, Master's degree preferred
  • Travel Ability up to 30%
  • Experience in leading teams for high performance-performance management, coaching, handling conflict and developing employees
