FCA's Industrial team seeks highly motivated, innovative and inspired individuals. The Kettering Co-op students will be employed in one of the following areas within the organization for their entire co-op career:

The assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department and company, allowing co-ops to take responsibility for a major task, gain experience and a sense of personal accomplishment while contributing to the successful launch and production of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Earned high school diploma, GED, or higher degree by June 2021
• Must be attending or accepted to attend Kettering University in the Co-op program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must have a strong interest in the automotive industry
