Job Description

• Responsible for Integrations from the Workday HRIS system to other systems of record
• Responsible for Security for Workday and other applications utilized by the business
• Responsible for UAT Testing and Update Management
• Responsible for Reporting, building reports, building Dashboards
• Writes technical specifications, testing scripts, and mapping/process documents
• Builds programs and integrations utilizing BIRT, Studio, and other applications
• Engages with 3rd party vendors for integration builds, designs, and troubleshooting of current integrations

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years' experience integrating Workday, experience through an implementation process, or experience in other HRIS applications integrating with systems and a strong desire to re-tool to Workday HRIS application
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,XML, XSLT, WebServices
• Experience in build/packaging/installation of software products is highly desirable
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with people and individuals at various levels within the organization

• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off
• Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions
• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
• Develop, test and deploy integrations as required to meet business requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to team members
• B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred
• Workday certification is a plus
