We are seeking a Document Management Analyst to provide solutions to complex challenges faced by our foreign affairs client. Provide file management process support, file scanning technology, scanning services, and digital document delivery. Support the document scanning policy and process.

Responsibilities
    Perform the preparations for (including inventory) and scanning of security documentation
  • Assign relevant metadata based on document content
  • Perform OCR function on the digital file. Password protects digital files, in a timely manner fills requests for digital file submission
  • Perform quality review on the digital file quality, performs data entry, and captures complex production metrics
  • Perform the preparation and scanning of active security documentation
  • Assign relevant metadata based on document content
  • Perform checks on the scan quality and OCR quality of processed documents, to include prevention of classified spillages by reporting
  • Perform data entry to document management system and other tracking tools
  • Monitor requests, process, and provide timely delivery of digital files to client stakeholders
  • Track and report daily production metrics
  • Participate in team meetings, process planning sessions, security reviews, briefings, and training as required
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • 1+ years of professional experience working directly with federal government customers
    • Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
    • Strong ability to prioritize, manage time and work independently
    • Excellent organizational skills, computer skills, and problem-solving skills
    • Professional experience with quality control
    • Good work ethic and strong focus on quality
    • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must comply with all federal COVID-19 related vaccination and testing requirements, including, but not limited to, those set out in Executive Order 14042
