Overview

Abacus Technology is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide detailed technical oversight for an enterprise program supporting multiple DoD and Intelligence Agencies. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Government's primary point-of-contact and to provide overall leadership and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the task order. Maintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of the task order to include both technical issues and business processes. Respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues. Manage multiple task orders simultaneously for different customers and at different completion levels. Ensure successful delivery of a program and/or task to a customer; manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of the Government PM. Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing. Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to Abacus leadership. Support business development and program staff management.

Qualifications

18+ years experience in cybersecurity including extensive experience managing cybersecurity programs for the Federal government. Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree desired. Must be PMP or CISSP certified. Thorough knowledge of DoD cybersecurity regulations, guidelines and requirements. Experience managing complex programs and the unique challenges faced in a multi-customer environment. Experience and knowledge at the senior program manager level in program of similar scope, type, and complexity. Experience in ITIL, CMMi Lvl 3, ISO 20000 and Agile SAFe processes and practices. Experience managing a DOD secure, network infrastructure support program. Knowledge of innovative commercial hardware and software solutions as they relate to DoD future IT and Network cybersecurity vision and objectives. Able to communicate effectively (oral and written) with the highest levels of management and senior levels of government. Develop program relationships with internal and external personnel and customers. Demonstrated ability to manage large ($50-$100M) complex programs with a diverse set of customers and requirements. Experience managing sourcing and implementation for known as well as future Task Order options. Experience with MS Project. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
