Job Description
Property Management company is seeking an Apartment Cleaner/ Groundskeeper for a Luxury Apartment Community in the Cudahy/ Oak Creek/ Franklin area.

Duties include:
- grounds keeping of all exterior of the property to ensure proper maintenance
- snow removal of parking lots, sidewalks, and private entrances
- cleaning of common areas and hallways
- apartment clean-outs before new tenants move in
Must have previous light maintenance / grounds keeping experience
Must have open availability to work during snow situations
Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must pass drug test and background check prior to employment
This is a large apartment community to be maintained.
Only 1 apartment community, travel is not required to other properties.
