Responsibilities

You Will:

  • Achieve team sales goals by providing strong leadership, guidance, and support to team members, engage and motivate the team to achieve results beyond expectations.
  • Provide strategic direction, supervision, and operational management of the assigned sales team.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales activities and results to ensure a full and active team pipeline. Provide ongoing feedback, recognize accomplishments, and take corrective action to improve individual performance, which may include weekly performance discussions.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to enhance team competency.
  • Promote company values, fostering a fun and supportive environment that builds team cohesion. Drive sales contests, rankings, and other initiatives to foster healthy competition.
  • Conduct monthly Business Plan meetings with individual team members to review approach, activities and results, set goals, professional development, and career pathing aspirations.
  • Conduct team meetings to strategize and plan activities, monitor and assess team progress, discuss prospects, share ideas, problem-solve issues, and communicate company news and developments.
  • Project target market share, forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenues, and establish monthly team and individual goals. Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies to build client base, grow and maximize sales revenues, and expand market share in the assigned market.
  • Research and define the market, identify competitors, comparative strengths and weaknesses, and market position. Identify strategic opportunities and prospects. Foster a comprehensive and in-depth team understanding of the market, prospects, customers, and competitors.
  • Determine appropriate staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and train new employees.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Successful experience coaching a structured inside sales teams with 0-5 years closing experience, optimizing performance through development and hands on coaching.
  • The Challenger Sales approach, social selling knowledge preferred.
  • Strong understanding of full scope pipeline management, script enhancements, and sales skill methodology – ability to translate and apply that knowledge to front, middle, and late stage pipeline.
  • Ability to function independently in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive and open learning environment.
  • Strong project management’s skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to deadline.
  • Knowledge of financial management disciplines – budget design/management, cost analysis, ROI, etc.
  • Requires the ability to provide strategic direction and vision to the team, set long and short-term goals, plan activities, monitor and evaluate results, review and refine processes and methods.
  • Ability to research and analyze market information and sales data from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and effectively communicate required actions to management and staff.
