The Driveline Test Engineer will gain real-world engineering exposure working in an engineering test lab environment and knowledge of drivelines used in CNH Industrial machines, including axels, gearboxes, powershift transmissions, CVT drivelines, and more.

• Participate in the development and validation (testing) of CNH Industrial Agriculture and Construction Equipment Drivetrain and Hydraulic components and systems in the test lab environment by participating in functional, performance, and durability evaluations.
• Develop skills and knowledge to select, install, calibrate, and use various test automation and instrumentation devices and technologies.
• Actively participate in the set-up, automation, calibration, and operation of component test stands and vehicles.
• Gather required test data, post process and analyze data.
• Format test data to draw conclusions and effectively communicate test results with others in verbal and written formats.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a B.A. or B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Ag Engineering, or related degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest/passion for working with mechanical systems : interest in cars, machinery, etc.
• Basic mechanical skills with willingness to work “hands-on” with driveline components and test equipment in a mechanical testing environment.
• Sufficient MS Excel skills to work with test data and create data charts/tables/graphs for inclusion in test reports.
