Seeking a PT Bookkeeper for a Maintenance Company

Manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls is seeking a Full-Time Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper
 

$open based on experience

You will be responsible for all financial and bookkeeping management

Duties include:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Payroll
• Banking (Entering Receipts, Balancing Check Register, Deposits)
• P&L Statements
• Bank Reconciliations
• Taxes and Government Reporting

Must have QuickBooks and Excel experience

Must be able to multi-task and perform any general office duties requested.

Must pass background check and drug screening

Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
