Job Description
SEA CORP has openings for full-time Systems Integrators to support the SWFTS program based in Manassas, VA.  Successful candidates should be a former or transitioning Fire Control Technicians with the US Navy. 

Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEA CORP) is a veteran-owned business, based in Middletown, Rhode Island. Founded in 1981, we have been providing services to the Navy for over 35 years.  Our core business is providing systems, software, and hardware engineering services, as well as test and evaluation services to the U.S. Navy, chiefly for submarine electronic systems.

Job Summary:
These positions will install, configure, maintain, and track hardware and software. 
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshooting system-level and inter-subsystem problems
  • Support of test events, determining root cause of interface problems and document issues as XPRs
  • Technical lab support
  • COATS, Dockside and At-Sea (future) support for the fleet
  • Performance/execution of operator or operational-based testing
  • Troubleshooting issues found with subsystem software applications
  • Using Subsystem or network monitoring tools
Education and Qualifications:
Former military experience (FT, STS, ITS, ETR, ETV) with a full understanding of US Navy Submarine Combat Systems (BYG-1, SONAR, IMAGING, etc.) preferred. In lieu of military experience, a Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field and a minimum of two year’s professional experience working with submarines is required.

Candidates should be able to perform as self-starters, work with minimal supervision and oversight when necessary, and be willing to work off-shift at times to support deadlines. These positions require travel to a variety of off-site test events, 6 – 10 times annually.

U.S. citizenship and a current DoD Secret clearance is required.
