Mechanical Engineer, EIT
A progressive and growing consulting engineering firm, specializing in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Design, MEP Associates, LLC, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer EIT, to join the team in our Columbus, OH office. This position will require the ability to take on tasks and work independently under the direction of others for the creation of construction drawings and specifications, existing system studies and master planning efforts. Qualified candidates will meet with clients, project teams, code officials, contractors and others to address engineering issues to develop effective working relationships.

Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years experience in mechanical systems design for commercial, educational, and medical / health care building applications.
- Versed in the design of multiple HVAC system types.
- Ability to develop load and energy calculations
- Fluency in Revit, Microsoft Office products, and various engineering software tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited College or University.
- EIT Certified with the desire to obtain professional registration as a PE
- LEED status desirable.
- Authorized to work in the United States
