Qualifications:
- Five years experience with non-profit management
- Experience working with the criminal justice and health delivery systems
- Knowledge of addiction and state standards for Drug and Alcohol Treatment
- State of California recognized Alcohol and Drug Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Assist in maintaining a balanced budget
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are meeting the terms that have been negotiated
- Meets with service directors to proactively plan and monitor ongoing compliance with budgets
- Work in conjuction with Regional Director on fundraising initiatives
- Participates with local, state and federal substance abuse treatment providers
- Proactively seeks funding opportunities in conjunction with the board of directors
