$500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time!!
Full-time, Part-time and Per-Diem positions available.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION- Provide hands-on resident care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety and comfort of residents, and as outlined in each resident's Individual Service Plan;
- Assist in providing residents with a positive physical, social and psychological environment;
- Review the daily log and make appropriate entries as necessary.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Health Aide Certification issued by the state of Massachusetts;
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition;
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks and assignments;
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and squat for prolonged periods;
- Ability to push, pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 lbs unassisted on a frequent basis and up to 50 lbs or more with assistance on occasion;
- Ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, the general public and other staff members.
