Location/Region: This position is located at the Corporate office in Dublin in a Hybrid schedule with weekly travel to 3rd-party sites to Milpitas and San Jose area .

What's the role?

The Service Inventory Compliance Analyst is responsible for coordinating with the field service team on items such as calibrated tools, inventory control, and inventory management. They will regularly work with Field Service Engineers, Field Service Supervisors, the National Field Service Managers, and calibration and logistics suppliers to achieve proper inventory and tooling compliance. They will also work with other partners, including the VP of Customer Care, finance, and other stakeholders as needed.

  • Provide annual inventory support for all field employees including contractors.
  • Collaborate with field employees on tracing and tracking inventory orders.
  • Responsible for processing part transfer requests between field employees.
  • Facilitate returns as needed includes working with 3PL supplier on returned items and processing /scraping of dead-on-arrival / dead-on- install parts.
  • Responsible for inventory tasks include ordering specialized parts and new tools.
  • Tool lifecycle coordination includes planning, ordering, processing, and expensing of calibrated tools.
  • Generate and distribute reports on tools including expiration date and status.
  • Track current calibrated tool level (safety stock) to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with field service management team to ensure tool calibration protocols are followed
  • Travel is required to logistics and calibrated tool suppliers weekly.
  • Develop audit plans
  • Conduct periodic audits at Logistical Carrier site(s)

Do you qualify?

  • Requires 3 or more years of experience in Inventory Management/ Operations/ Support
  • Associates degree, or relevant work experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP/ERPExcellent Communication skills, both written and oralProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multi-faceted tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment

The hourly pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.

This position is eligible for a performance bonus.
