Description

The OEM Manager is responsible in developing and growing the OEM business through short and long-term strategies of OEM sales, OEM partnerships, and market development. This person is responsible in sharing a deep understanding of each OEM profile, and how to effectively navigate relevant areas of an OEM business. Such details include competitive and OEM product detail, opportunity detail, and win/loss explanation. The OEM Manager is responsible to achieve OEM targets, goals, and objectives across of Sun Nuclear businesses.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage and execute on both near and long-term OEM Strategy
  • Grow and manage the OEM sales channel with both reoccurring and new business
  • Manage Supplier Relationship with OEM partners and business agreement
  • Collaborate closely with SNC Business Line Managers and department heads
  • Collaborate closely with roadmap development with OEM partners
  • Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
  • Participating in new OEM business contract negotiations
  • Provide direction and oversight for addressing data, process, and workflow gaps to improve data integrity, analysis, and business performance.
  • Partner with company leaders to develop and implement programs, projects, initiatives, and processes that drive commercial execution.
  • Assist in the creation of the OEM forecast
  • Assist in the creation of OEM budget

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • BSc degree along with 5+ years of Radiation Oncology Experience (Clinical or Commercial). MBA preferred
  • Business Development and project management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, statistics, and reporting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and ERP data mining
  • Industry Knowledge: SNC's product portfolio, roadmap, and market direction
  • Communication Skills: effectively communicate summary data and findings to the company
  • Problem-Solving: recommend/drive programs to create more revenue and reduce loss.
  • Time Management: work on simultaneous large projects using multiple data streams and manage deadlines.
  • Relationship building ability to develop good relationships with all levels of an OEM (procurement, engineering, product management, business leadership) of current and potential partners
